Taxiphyllum spec. ‘Giant’ is a particularly strong and large-growing moss species that stands out clearly from classic Java moss. With its longer, wider-looking shoots, it creates a very natural, wild appearance and is excellently suited for greening roots, stones, and large hardscape elements.
Due to its somewhat coarser appearance, this moss is ideal for natural-looking layouts, river biotopes, and aquascapes with a lot of structure. It offers excellent hiding places for shrimp and juvenile fish and grows reliably under various conditions.
It is delivered in vitro in a sterile cup and is therefore 100% free of snails, algae, and pesticides – perfect for shrimp, community, and aquascaping tanks.
