DOA warranty (Dead on Arrival)
We attach great importance to the safe and gentle shipping of our animals.
All animals are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping.
Arrival Guarantee
Should an animal still arrive dead (DOA = Dead on Arrival), please contact us via email within 2 hours of delivery.

Requirements for a DOA report
For processing, we require:
- Clear photos of the animals
- Photos of the unopened shipping packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos immediately after opening the package
Unfortunately, later complaints cannot be considered.
Important Notes
The animals must still be in their original packaging when the shipment is opened.
We assume no liability for:
- Incorrect keeping after receipt
- Delays due to non-acceptance of delivery
- Incorrect delivery addresses
- Delays caused by the shipping service provider
- Extreme weather or force majeure
Replacement or Refund
After reviewing the case, we will decide individually on:
- Replacement delivery
or - Partial or full refund
There is no general entitlement to replacement or refund.
Shipping Days
Shipping takes place exclusively from Monday to Thursday via UPS Express, to keep transport time as short as possible.
