Rotala rotundifolia 'Blood Red' is a particularly intensely colored cultivated form of the popular Rotala rotundifolia and is one of the strongest red plants in aquascaping. Under high light intensity and stable CO₂ supply, it develops deep red to blood-red hues, creating strong contrasts with green plants.

With its upright, branching growth, it is ideal for the mid- to background. Regular pruning promotes dense, bushy growth and enhances the color effect.
This plant is supplied InVitro in a sterile cup and is therefore 100% free of snails, algae, and pesticides – perfect for shrimp, nano, and aquascaping tanks.
