Proserpinaca palustris, also known as Mermaid Weed, is an exceptional stem plant with a highly structured leaf surface. Submerged, it forms narrow, serrated leaves that can change from olive green to intense coppery red with good lighting. This makes it an excellent eye-catcher in the mid to background of demanding aquascapes.

This plant brings a very distinct texture to the aquarium and stands out clearly from smooth stem plants.
It is supplied in vitro in a sterile cup and is therefore 100% free of snails, algae, and pesticides – ideal for shrimp, nano, and aquascaping tanks. After rinsing the nutrient gel, it can be divided into individual shoots and planted.
