The L260 Queen Arabesque Pleco (Hypancistrus sp. "L260") is one of the most beautiful and elegant L-catfishes. Originating from the Rio Tapajós in Brazil, it captivates with its intricate black and white linear pattern, reminiscent of delicate arabesques – hence its regal name "Queen Arabesque."
This peaceful, compact L-catfish remains relatively small, reaching a maximum size of about 10–12 cm, making it excellent for community aquariums with other calm species. Hypancistrus L260 prefers warm, oxygen-rich aquariums with gentle currents and numerous hiding places made of rocks and roots.
