The L075 Para Pleco (Peckoltia sabaji) is an attractive and rare wild-caught fish from the Rio Xingu and Rio Tapajós in Brazil. Its distinctive, high-contrast pattern of dark lines and light spots gives it an elegant, unmistakable appearance. Particularly striking is its slight golden shimmer on its fins and body sides.

The L075 is a calm, peaceful L-catfish, which with a maximum size of around 12–14 cm is ideal for medium-sized aquariums. It is usually most active in the evening hours, loves hiding places, and prefers soft, warm water with a slight current.

It accepts frozen and live food such as Artemia, Cyclops, Mysis, and mussel meat, but also food tabs, granules, and plant-based food like spirulina or vegetable chips. Roots should be present in the aquarium as they serve as a source of fiber.

A richly structured aquarium with many caves, roots, and shaded areas is ideal. On a dark substrate, the golden scales and contrasts of the L075 appear particularly intense.
