The African Ground Characin Wild Caught (Nannocharax macropterus) is a rare and fascinating schooling fish from Africa. Unlike many classic characins, this species prefers to stay in the lower regions of the aquarium, where it exhibits interesting and active group behavior.
With its slender body shape, delicate markings, and natural swimming style, Nannocharax macropterus is ideal for natural African aquariums. Especially when kept in groups, this exceptional wild-caught specimen appears very harmonious and brings a lot of movement to bottom areas.
