Our animals are shipped within Europe via GO! Express. To ensure a smooth and safe transport, delivery is exclusively by prior appointment. Please ensure that the shipment can be received in person.

Important Shipping Information

Temperature-Related Shipping Pauses
The well-being of our animals is our top priority. For this reason, we do not ship live animals in extreme weather conditions. At outside temperatures below -5 °C or above 35 °C, we reserve the right to postpone shipping to protect the animals. If this becomes necessary, we will inform you in good time and arrange a new shipping date together.
